Nah we had five page chapters since the first volume. It was obvious from the beginning, this story won't have the deepest lore an best pacing. Still, better to keep it short and interesting than to let the manga drag on like in The Girl From the Other Side.
That ending there was dragging on for 20 chapters without much happening except walls of text and exposition.

Better to finish the story when it's time, which was done correctly here.

Lol.
The first chapters that were uploaded here on mangadex really deserve the 9.0 rating. But while the ending was interesting story wise, I started to skip text bubbles during it because it was dragging on so much.
But that's just my taste and humble opinion.
