I think it’s actually more equatable to “genie luck” than the concept of luck. I.E only good things that directly and physically effect her are changed: Any gun that is shot at her (including one wielded by herself) misfire, getting lucky tiles in mahjong, presumably about to land (safely) on mister misfortune. Where as her parents aren’t her, and it’s pretty clear that things that affect her emontially are up in the air: The shitty Yakuza guy who has guaradinship(?) over her, obviously her parents being killed, the fact she was “bullied” in the first place and not simply loved by everyone, ETC ETC. Because it’s pretty clear she’s in a pretty horrible place emotionally and surrounded by shitty people, even if she’s seemingly physically “perfect”.
@botodopo
Though I could be wrong and that could all go out the window in the fallowing chapters 😅
Edit: “genie luck” or more like superstitious “stolen luck” like the myths around Shigure and Yukikaze from WW2 “taking luck” from those around them for themselves.
