the bully's name is Kabayama. "kaba" is also japanese for "hippopotamus", which i can kinda see in his character design

Maybe his girl friend was the one killed the bones owner, her death just made it easier for him to spill the beans, either way hes probably gonna get charged with not reporting the crime or improper dead body handling or hiding it.No idea if theres a statue of limitation there in japan but I'm guessing hiding the body wont have one.
