I remember when I first fucked up at my job because I couldn't keep up my boss was like "You should've said something so that other people would help you !! " but that was corporate so I don't really know how you would divide work in teaching environment

Teachers get reprimanded for bad lessons in japan? man, I wish we had that here, fucking hack of a teacher just read a math book for the two years I was under him and he never explained shit and put stuff not covered in the "lessons" on our finals

That's a giant cunt. The "the veterans are already busy with their stuff" is bs. The more years you have, the more prepared stuff you have so you just basically recycle them again and again and add a few things here and there if needed. She first needs to create that to be able to do well easily, but you expect her to snap her fingers and create it all in an instant... Why not tell her something like, "Some parents told us that their children find your classes a bit too confusing. Could you please simplify them a bit?"

And do people really tell their parents that the class was too confusing? I never did. Had some teachers that barely teached anything, but their tests and finals were easy.
