I'm not saying this because I necessarily think it needs to be changed, I'm extremely happy to see these pages at all. But, I thought I'd leave this here in case anyone else wanted to know, in the japanese the title of these trivia pages is 本草綱目 which seems to be referencing a specific ming dynasty era medical text the bencao gangmu. Also known in english as the compendium of materia medica or the great pharamacopoiea.
It's all in how it is used. I believe cinnabar is still safely used in paints and such. Not such a good idea to use it in cosmetics, etc. that increase the exposure. Orpiment is much worse because it requires a lot less exposure to pick up the toxic metal in it.
