I like the fact this manga seems to place itself more on the realisim side then the fantasy side. But I do kind of wish for the MC to have some magical OP powers to make such a wide variety of medicine. That'd be an interesting manga idea. Where someone takes the realistic part of medicine making. But have it be influenced by magical elements. So something like

" Oh well I need a tell of newt since the chemical excreted when by itself has a positive reaction when combined with the citric acid of an orange, together allowing for a cure of scars or blemishes"

There's Iseaka Pharmacy, sort of. An actual medical researcher gets reincarnated and uses his OP powers to make certain molecules when his new world's chemistry isn't up to the task.
