im re-reading the previous chapters of this small arc .

chapter 51 , page 1 :
so the girl with the pony-tail is ri fa , and the other girl is shin . even as little kids , ri fa had more bigger b00bs than shin , lol .

chapter 51 , page 4 :
- "able consort" , i didnt want to hear those words at all .
then she calls her "lady ri fa" , because she doesnt like to call her "consort" .

chapter 51 , page 7 :
now i get it : mao mao notices the 2 new flower-bushes in front of the ware-house .
a few days ago , when she came to this palace to sniff the maids , there were no bushes .
then the gardeners worked in front of the locked ware-house , and they noticed the stinky smell of the sick girl inside , so they planted the flower-bushes there to cover up the smell .

.............
chapter 52 , page 1 :
note that mao mao uses her left hand to take off the fake , long eye-lashes .

chapter 52 , page 12 :
the terrible crimes of shin : slapping and scratching the beautiful face of mao mao . so jin shi will give her the death penalty , lol .

chapter 52 , page 13 :
ri fa is wearing an outfit that is similar to the one of gyokuyou , so does this mean ri fa is also pregnant ?

chapter 52 , last page :
" ... the size of the container ... " , i guess she means : b00b is the container of the heart , and ri fa has a big , good , gentle , nice , kind heart .

Late response perhaps, but for future visitors, this is a slight joke between 胸の大きさ/"the size of the chest" and 器の大きさ/"the size of the vessel". Both of which Mao Mao reckons Lihua has larger ones.

In Asian languages, whilst 器 is regularly used to mean "vessel" or "container", when used relative to a person, it refers to their ability to be tolerant, forgiving and open-minded. The larger the "vessel" of the heart so to speak, the more one can hold their temper and emotions despite the slights and disagreements thrown at them, and instead makes the mature and wise reaction. In English, I suppose it can be equated to a short vs long fuse.

Basically, Mao Mao's remark is not only did Shin lose in chest size, but also in her capacity for tolerance and temperament, flying off the handle because of her emotions. She's unsuited to be the mother of a nation.
