If you're talking about her sister Mashiro liked previously that's different because that was an ex-love interest. Makino was worried about losing Mashiro's heart, not as much about her work.

If you mean with Rina, Makino was worried that she was just like any other client and didn't like that. She wanted to be special and that's long accomplished. Rina was her opposite and failed. Makino was also worried about Mashiro's health then.
