Yeah their relationship has been pretty much wholesome and committed the entire time and the series has never been dramatic. It's always comedy and resolved with comedy. She does still do her health services work though but that's not an issue and the story would have ended with it not being an issue. It's not a big deal anyway. This manga is too funny.
