Even if she has some kind of plan, this execution... if it was me, I would probably still go to the police - my partner disappears out of nowhere, sending cryptic, out-of-character messages. I have no idea how she was planning to recover this relationship after coming back from her journey of unspecified length. Just feels like nonsense.

She is just depressed and borderline suicidal, she shouldnt be left alone at all.
