Her as of now biggest sin is that she does not take seriously that her love interest is legit suicidal cause she thinks everyone only wants to be with her for her body.

I'm not the only one that loves Makino's scumminess, right? It's fun. Obviously it's a big red flag IRL, but this isn't real life. Besides which, she has already shown some improvement. She's a marginally better person than she started as.
