I see. I think I will add a TL note on what actually Kyoto Dialect actually is.
In short, it is a soft, polite, and sophisticated variation of the Kansai dialect.

You can see it as, Kyoto Dialect is one of the softest dialects out in Japan, followed by Kansai dialect followed by what you normally hear in Anime (Tokyo Dialect). So, If you see her speaking Shakespeare's English then understand that she is speaking in her Kyoto Dialect.

... Um, "Shakespeare's English" is when you use thou, sayeth, dost, wherefore and other archaisms, not the simple somewhat-formal English that you seem to be using for this purpose. I honestly can barely tell the difference between her "normal-sounding" speech and her dialectal speech, if at all.
