they are literally cursed, in her case the curse seems to periodically kill all her feelings unlike the previous girl where it functioned as a dam blocking them, the other girls will probably have their own quirk to it as well

If they chase him to his world does that mean that he will be the husband to all of the girls and the children will be the next heroes. And those heroes get summoned from his world instead of already living in their world?

my guess the final girl he has to rizz up is the one hes in love with and he chooses her but the girls cant fall in love with anyone else but him so it gonna be a forced harem

If this were the case I would like it much better than if he were to go back to his world and get rejected by the girl he likes after everything he did to change himself AND all of the accomplishments he had in the other world with the future mothers of the heroes. It would feel like it would be done for a joke, but it may be in bad taste...especially because he has spent however much time waiting for the reply from the girl while in the other world.

My guess is that other receptionist is the one "killing" the adventurers, as for the reset to 0, she's just coping to not get to attached to people who will soon die.

Mc can just rizz her and assure her that he won't die thus breaking the jinx and her love limiter.

How do I say this, this is not fun because the main character does not give a poop, this could be better if the mc was a guy who could not fall in love and was a goodish guy, and he would fall for girls in this world and be forced to move on, or that he got rejected and is trying to rebound, maybe he just wants to go home and eat baked potatoes and not rizz every girl he sees. Why make this a slog.

You gotta understand, there are some broad categories of isekai. To name a few-

1. Power wank. Either "I was sent to isekai land and given unlimited power" or "I was sent to isekai land and given a seemingly trash power but it's actually OP AF". Functionally the same really.
2. Slow life. Duder gets sent to isekai land, and no matter what power he's given, decides he's just gonna chill and make japanese food and discover soy sauce in the fantasy world because it is very important to have that and also ramen.
3. I took my hobby to isekai land. Guy likes guns? He has the one gun in isekai land. Guy drives a prius? He drives a prius in isekai land. Guy likes baseball? You guessed it. Baseball isekai. All of those exist btw.

This falls in that third category, it is pick up artist isekai. You're looking at it as though it's a romance isekai. You got yourself all mixed up king.

Wonder if it is some type of defense mechanism that she developed? I know there's a curse, but considering how all the adventurers that have ever worked with her have died it would make sense she immediately ices them out whenever they leave on a mission or are gone for a day so she won't be hurt when they turn up dead again.

I was thinking the same but wouldn't the MC be facing death during the first quest ?
