This isn't actual psychology, at least for the most part. There's a few bits of truth but it's heavily dramatized and reworked to fit the series' core premise. If you try this IRL you may actually wind up in prison.

Broadly speaking, this is a good manga. Good comedy bits with some psychological insight about how woman thinks, or at least how human think in general.


Personally speaking, this manga is toxic and misleading.

Yes, imo, baki is the equivalent of this manga for its genre. The messages and psychological bits in this manga isn't wrong, its more or less correct, actually.

However, the way he used those info, its rather "magical" than "scientific".

Rather than employing tactics based on who and how the girls are, it was the girl (and everything around her) who "adapt" to the tactics that the author wants to showcase. This might be a hot take or even a wrong one, but this is how i feel.

If you haven't, go and read "skill of lure" which is what i consider a much better showcase for these kind of genre (i dropped TWGOK early because at the time, i can't relate at all to the MC and i didn't enjoy watching it)

yeah ok, the synopsis was engaging enough and the reviews are either pretty good or the worst so after reading it...

meh, it's alright.

comedy is kinda decent, characters are alright, I don't hate the MC(meaning he isn't a total douchebag), the "rizz" about how he flirts is one of the most cringe displays I've witnessed lmao, but meh, honestly that's just the plot device to move things foward with the heroine so I can see past that.

Overall, it's decent, not great, but it isn't garbage, I can see this isn't about the story but about cute girls falling in love, from the first chapter you should have figured that out.

and yeah, this doesn't look just similar, this is a straight up copy of TWGOK lmao

I mean, the MC is a total pickupartist scumbag but that doesnt mean its bad for the story as long as his personality progresses. Story seems to be interesting enough, and there seems to be a goal, to return to this girl. As said earlier it would be funny if he returns after all this time and she rejects him because she knows he is a scumbag while he has actually changed.

Anyway, better than another generic 'X came to X world to defeat the demonlord' ending at chapter 350...

7/10 whatever, there has been worse
