Botan and Kashiwa's girlfriend are both awful, abandoning their loved ones when they needed support the most and pushing the responsibility off to the people they hurt. It's hard to see their reconnections as a happy thing when we don't see an ounce of remorse from either of them

I don't know why but I don't hate her, maybe it's cause the fact that yeah SHE WAS A KID when everyone suddenly made her an adult, a mom to her sisters. She gave up on her own dreams for her family, she kept a lot of stuff in. to the point that it was chipping away at her, I am not saying it's okay to abandon the people who need you, but I am saying that it feels somewhat justified
Started this story for the trans girl, kept on reading for the family dynamic
