seeing the difference in how they deal with the relationship struggles, when Natsume makes a mistake (like forgetting about the anniversary because of the volleybal practice or getting Yuni jealous in the festival), she puts her effort into making it up for Yuni and changing to make her feel more comfortable

when Yuni has to deal with struggles in the relationship, she sadly has Fuuko by her side, so when shes in her most vulnerable places (not getting a call or message from Natsume in theie anniversary), Fuuko has the perfect window to use Yuni's weakness against her and for her own benefit (here with the enfermary scene)
