Incredible first chapter, like others have said, so real it felt a little like a gut punch. The sequences without dialogue were so well done. As someone who loved False Marigold, I'm so happy Sasuke has returned to more realistic grounded storytelling after the absolute disaster that was The Role of the Femme Fatale.

This is the third Sasuke series in a row to be published in Comic Cune, Femme Fatale felt like a bit of a mis-step from the start, not that I did not enjoy it but its premise was pushing it right off the bat. I doubt there was any bad blood if it did get the axe.

I would be lying if i didnt say its plot/reading flow was a bit more interesting/weird than usual but yeah, i can see that too kinda.

I wanted to love femme fatale. I loved the characters, but the plot really had nowhere to go from that set-up.
