Ugh, what a bogus story line. I would have broken all contact with her/him after the transition because my childhood friend is gone as far as I am concerned after ripping my heart out and sh*tting all over me.

I think the MC is going to throw himself in front of a shinkansen, and end up in an isekai as a chick. F*cking karma!
