Banger, actually. Honestly, I wouldn't even say it was "good for the time", a lot of chapters are 90's manga af, but there's a few ideas that I think are really going to hold up as progressive and insightful over the next few decades. I remember thinking that we were at the height of queer understanding in like 2011 and we were nowhere close. By 2034 a lot of shit we're thinking of as the correct way to think of/discuss gender and sex is going to feel outdated and cringe too.
Went in expecting the same old slop and got four stories that stand out from the crowd, I'm satisfied with that.
