nothing happens to her, except for Arsenio really realizing how awful she is and basically telling to fuck off. And she doesn't appear in the main story, at least she hasn't yet up to the 12th volume.

I was originally split between wanting Rei to get the one he loves or having Arsenio end up with Sauro.

but this prequel makes me think "they are each other one." they support each other and make each other better.

i especially love how Sauro make the gang move forward instead of breaking them.
