Edit: Damn, this series makes no sense, there's absolutely no reason to murder the girls when you can simply stop the bullshit by sending a soundwave with the same frequency on some speakers all over the city and negate the whole thing in one go. This should imediatly heal all the infected and allow for people to go and exterminate those insects. There the whole crisis solved in one simple and normal move.

I call them gender supremacists or feminazis because I don't want people to mistake third wave feminists for actual legitimate Women's rights groups of any kind. Did you know in Sweden, there's a movement to ban men's urinals banned from some cities because "it's more hygienic". WOW Really? Forcing everyone to use poop toilets to sit and pee and waste time sitting down is hygenic? I'm SURE there's NO AGENDA to removing a men's only tool that costs less money, cuts wait time down and actually IS MORE HYGENIC and easier to clean than a regular poop toilet. Yeah no, it's pretty blatant discrimination against men.

@OmegaSix16 Although it pains me to say this, Infection is definitely better than this one. At least there we have magical bullshit happening that is so ridiculous we can't find a cure for it. In here however, I can think of many ways to counter this "infection" and the body mutations simply make no sense. I could understand if the Woman simply got crazy and killed men, however there's no explanation for their zombie behavior and those bodily mutations. It's nonesensical to the point of it being funny.
Now, it's actually possible irl for a certain soundwave to affect the behavior of certain people. So the Idea wasn't that bad, but for them to become zombies that can even spread the "disease" to other woman, this has long ceased to be sci fi and went full retard.

You say that you dont understand something, but thats where science comes in. Science helps us understand what doesnt make sense. What if the infection is much more complex than you think? Arthur C. @Eschaton the problem is, It's virtually impossible for a wave to magically become a virus. This would pretty much be more than magic, this violates reality itself. I would be ok for those insects to be intelligent beings who can control people magically, curiously enough, this would make sense because it is posible for it to be a simply advanced science, or just magic that communicates with the brain. Now, how is it possible for something as inorganic and innanimate as a wave, grow to become an infection that can mutate the human body? It simply can't, was it a radiation of sorts I could undestand the whole mutation thing(after all radiation can alter the genetic code), but a sound wave is not a form of radiation, there are real cases of it causing changes in behavior, but changing the human body is not science or magic, it's pure lunacy. It can't be magic because if it were true magic then it couldn't be either explained by science, or it would be clearly not a sound wave. But no it's just an insect who makes sound that magically alter a person's body to emit the same sound, and ressonate it through a whole city. The mutations are absurd.

The manga is an absolute mess. Barely anything has been revealed, everything is still being kept in the dark while so many things are happening. Sound waves emitted by bugs that turn only women into pseudo zombies? The biggest bullshit kind of logic ever. I get that it's manga, but cmon. You can do better than that.
Not to mention, the pacing of this manga is all kinds of fucked up. And while the deaths are supposed to be somewhat sad, due to the lack of character development for any of them, it doesn't leave much impact. The mangaka also completely time skipped the beginning of everything, and just kinda tossed the reader into the midst of it all without any proper background, build up, or knowledge. The professional level of story telling in this manga is akin to a child trying to explain a story.

This could have been something promising, but sadly there just seems to be a lack of skill as a story writer on the mangaka's part.

The English Title should be translated as "Madness City: The Insanity Bug" or something like that, the Kanji practically spells it out. It would clarify the story, as no one would know what this is...story is silly, but it is a fun read. the chicken horror is no better, and even more ridiculous.
