You might want to reconsider. I'm from Italy, and in recent days we had a pretty nasty piece of news where a sixty-six y/o man died under suspicious circumstances after being tortured (yes you read it right) by a gang of youths, many of whom are minors (this had been going on for MONTHS). They are charging them with things like kidnapping and torture (which has only recently become a criminal offense in Italy) and potentially manslaughter as well if it turns out the man died due to the violence, and the general consensus is that the outrageous things they did (which they also filmed with cellphones and shared with each other on social media, because that's the trend) were done out of boredom. Lastly, many knew about this and kept silent to keep police and the media away.
So yes, people are plenty capable of doing this crap. And last I heard of, school bullying was among the more prominent issues in the Japanese school system.

@SpookyCheeseburger yes, the world (including the "civilized" countries) can be a terrible place, and it of course depends on a lot of factors, whether you get to be safe in your own bubble. Sexual violence is awfully common. Stuff like @pihip recounted exists as well, though thankfully a lot more rare. But it really doesn't take all that much to go completely haywire.

There's too much to say about my country, and it's irrelevant to this manga anyway so I won't elaborate further.
Suffice to say, the world has become a very bitter place, and personally I find the dismissive or even deriding attitude of many to this issue both worrying and disturbing.
This is also why I read this manga for Serizawa's side of the story. Someone had to deal with such bitterness for so long they snapped, and now they'll spread as much misery as possible before they self destruct. And even then, the ones who, with their actions, turned this person into a ticking time bomb either fail to understand their part in it, or refuse to acknowledge it.
Mind you, I'm not justifying Serizawa's actions (I said before they are inexcusable). I am, however, at least lending an ear.

Wtf is wrong with those 2?! I would have had that b. suck every guy’s dick 3x each, swallow the load, and if she can’t do it then she will have to choose to start over OR have her friend take over. But if friend fails she has to start over.
