But man!.. How can an author cram so much stuff in a chapter and yet it feels like the plot went nowhere?
Love the concept of this manga, the characters and the settings, but I have so many gripes with how disjointed the story has become.
Not helped with some speech bubble where it isn't very clear who's speaking.

Same reaction here, considering the series went incognito for 7 years or so since the mangadex creation.
Had to read from the beginning and new chapters i had not seen before.

The guy picked up a lizard, raised it along with cat, turned out to be a dragon.
Ended up going on err..... a hero journey.

Yeah, and his family are full of oddballs that one cannot imagine to be true.
