This manga feels like it is willing to off anyone, at any time… but I suspect it’s not (and I’m very glad lol).

And yet, no-one has been killed off yet. Some are “dead”, yes, but they are still active characters in the manga. To date, not a single character has died and been removed. That’s my point.

To clarify, I mean that even though characters have “died”, no one has been taken out of the story. Normally that’s the result of a character death: they are removed from the story. That’s how kids show get around death restrictions - they just have the character leave the series. They’ve died, functionally.

Meanwhile this series has done the opposite. Characters have been killed, but no one has “died” functionally within the story yet. Yet.

no i mean in backstory so many character have significant person, the Miko have sister etc. and in order to make bad guy unlikeable . author just have them be the one to kill these backstory character.
