As for why it's all over the place, just think of it as a Foreign academic journal and you only have access to some of the translated articles, the rest is unavailable because it's still in foreign language.

I think the really good ones here are "Hana" and "I want to become your kind of girl", and generally the Aoko, Comaku, and Sudoo Kaoru stories are better. The rest of it is kind of all over the place quality-wise and it looks like a bunch of chapters are missing. If I was the one nominating a yuri anthology to put on the front page of MangaDex, I would have picked "Cinnamon: Jingai x Ningen" or "Lez Fuuzoku".
