That's usually how it goes with any suggestive tags. If it's the gimmick of the manga, usually you have an ero tag.

I finished reading and couldn't find anything online about this so i'll try to give my interpretation.
The main girl Minami is living in a foreign area due to her dads work. This is considered a dangerous area but supposed to be safe because of the U.N. Minami keeps seeing bright lights in the distance, her mom tries to reassure saying its safe and opening and looking out the window when a bomb goes off killing her. Mianmi always feels guilty about this.
After the bombing Minami is left alone and gets caught stealing and taken to prison where a guard takes interest in her and gives her special treatment. After living in the prision for some time a U.N soldier who worked under Miami’s dad takes her from the prison. This guy abuses and uses Minami as a prostitute for cash since he got fired from the U.N for stealing supplies
After two and a half years of this a Japanese customer helps Minami flee with him since he knows another air raid is coming and will destroy the town. Minami flee’s with him and after seeing the bomb drop she kills the Japanese man with an umbrella and starts walking.
Her walking eventually leads her to a valley with Japanese foreigners where she meets the main guy Nishi. Nishi is a weird guy but initially before meeting Minami is someone willing to be friendly and share alcohol with anyone. Minami looks like Nishi’s wife who died in an attack when you see her head laying in the snow in chp.2 which starts to make him fall in love with her.
Nishi’s main source of income is creating alcohol through bacteria in his mouth that he sells to realmen, a U.N worker that steals supplies and brings them to the valley. Realmen reveals that Nishi, through his state of mind, can make alcohol taste a certain way. When he learned of Mianami’s past the alcohol tastes like “jealously”.
Realmen also informs Nishi about people he saw in the snow. Nishi goes to rescue them and decides to shelter and feed them. These are the comedy girls and they question why Nishi is doing this.Nishi is just a gut who likes helping. He also reveals to Mianmi that the enemy believes the valley to be a guerilla holdout from the war, when in reality there are survivors trying to live.
Mianami and realmen keep telling Nishi of her past to make the alcohol stronger.
Nishi and Minami go to the convenience store and share a chocolate sunday. This symbolizes Nishi's love as before Nishi said he can only eat (potatoes?). The Sunday is special since he and is wife used to get them which he now eats with Minami
Minami and the comedy girls go to the bathouse with watchmen Higashri. Higashri rapes both Minami and another girl and asks Minami to marry him. Minami marries him after hearing he has lost his mom like her. Nishi is asked if he is jealous but he does not care / indifferent about it. He doesn't realize he does love Minami and starts to become unstable
The U.N guy realmen gives a video of Mianami’s prostitution which the comedy girls give to Nishi. Nishi views this video and rewatches it over and over. This causes his alcohol to become a drug which makes people relive past memories mixing reality and fiction. This drug is then distributed around Asia due to realmen selling it.
2 Japanese tourists stumble upon the valley only to be shot by Nishi. The comedy girls blame Nishsi for being a murderer but he believes they were the enemy showing Nishi is unstable now. The comedy girls want to eat eel and Nishi goes to Higashri to capture it. He see’s Mianami and Higashri banging and his house is a lot more luxurious. Minami said she is a sex addict now because of higashri which further makes Nishsi jealous.
Once they get the eels which are shown to be eating human corpses. They prepare the eel and create a hotpot / soup with Nishi’s alcohol. I believe this is the last time in the story all of the characters are actually alive and in the valley in reality. Miami eats some of the eel mixed with alcohol and passes out. This causes her to start mixing reality with her past as she is back in school with the comedy girls discussing tv shows. When she asks about Nishi she wakes up in Higashi's house and reveals she wants to move back to Nishi's
The girl who was raped about the bathhouse by Higashri is given some of the eel which she then sells to the convenience store. The convenience store is supposed to be worked 24 hours a day due to the owners wanting to keep the franchise name but in this instance it isn't. The girl steals all of the cash /food from the store making them only able to sell the alcoholic eel. The convenience store supplies also get dropped over the valley titled “ supplies for ariehen"
I believe this is where Minami and Nishi start mixing up past / present and fiction within the narrative. Minami is shown to be working at a bar when the people of the past died show up and everyone from the valley to reveal what they have been up to and getting along. They go to the convenience store to eat the eel with Nishi’s face turning green only for Nishi to wake up.
Next Minami and Nishi are shown to be killing a UN soldier for a bike and his passport. They plan to flee the valley and go back to Japan. They question whether this will be successful. The end of chp.10 has Nishi giving Mianami alcohol saying she will be able to fix time in her mind. She mentions later on her consciousness is a mess leading to unreliable narrative.
We now see a different reality where Minami was able to save her mom and she has memories of school which mentions the alcoholic drug Nishi makes being spread aross asia. Nishi wakes up Minami at the airport / checkpoint with Nishi hallucinating Higashri out of guilt for leaving them behind in the valley after it was bombed
It seems like Minami was able to return to Japan and be put through some therapy or recovery school while Nishi returns to the valley to die. In the end Minami is given some of the alcoholic drug that Nishi made from a classmate. She drinks it and goes back to the past in her mind when she first meets Nishi with the umbrella she is holding like in chp.1. She seems much happier this time mentioning to Nishi shall they talk it over once more, showing that she has done this before.
So in conclusion the end of the story is Minami reliving her memory of meeting Nishi and trying to fix her mind on how things could have happened like everyone being at the bar vs being dead or her mom surviving. She is able to do this from drinking the drugged alcohol and tries to fix her mind by creating a false narrative.
As a side note
I also think the valley got bombed when the convenience store lost its franchising. After the girl had robbed them, the store had no money to pay for the franchising / cyberseucirty which is shown when supplies are dropped to Nishi that they got hacked. The army guys mention something about hacking a terminal and you see a jet in the next panel flyinh to ariehen the same place the supplies dropped. Ariehen must be the name of the valley but the army thinks the valley is a guerilla hideout.
I could be completely wrong but hopefully this makes sense as I couldn't find anything online for an explanation.
