Guys, this isn't NTR. She didn't love the MC from the begin, she didn't love the friend neither. She just used the MC and this guy to fill void, to feel normal. But the friend is a piece of shit together the MC, he know the she has a twisted mind and he fuck her in any case.

It's not NTR but it smells like some bullshit. And not because she has sex with right\wrong guy, but because she suddenly has sex in the first place. Yeah, she is mentally unstable and was shocked by news about Nakahara, but her behavior is absolutely contradicted her character. This kind of sex reaction more plausible for normal girl whose nervous breakdown, after she learned about her boyfriend cheating, transformed into some kind of revenge\consolation sex or something like this. But Igarashi would've just encapsulated after this. No matter how much she wants to be normal there is no way she just jumps on random guy dick (and Shige is pretty much some random and annoying guy for her) no matter what. It's just reeks of something really forced after all this build up.

Igarashi actually loved Kaname, but due to misunderstanding of rumours and him faking the scars decided to "let loose" and use Shige unrequited love with a one night stand.

So yeah, technically NTR as Shige knew Kaname was also interested in Igarashi, she even told what they were doing in the sciance class room, but they kept their relationship hidden, despite this he continued to have sex with her.

This will end with nothing but despair...
