Latest site update breaks part of title page (URL.canParse unsupported) [Fixed]

Latest site update seems to have changes that broke part of the title page for web browsers that do not support URL.canParse().

The section that shows tags, author, artist, links, etc. is missing.

Impacted Browsers

• Pale Moon
• Safari prior to 17
• Chrome/Edge prior to 120
• Firefox prior to 115
• Kiwi browser

This appears to be tied to dependencies in the recent site update, and we're looking into a workaround.

Note that per the megathread, our prior site version supported Chrome 80/Firefox 74/Safari 13.1, so this is a pretty big jump.

Seems to not be Nuxt at fault (for once). Either way, it's due to a dependency upgrade and should be trivial to figure out. Fix tomorrow.
