The gauntlets are manifestations of his power, meaning they are likely extremely flexible on him, not so much on everything else.

I am talking about the sword, the handle being surrounded like that makes it hard to move the wrist freely, no swordsman would use that thing haha.

You can’t use a keyblade as a reference to be honest since it act more like a blunt weapon than a sharp one and they use magic for the key blade so it also doesn’t help. But hey we’re reading a story with magic so logic shouldn’t be too harsh on it.

We can, i'm talking about the handle, that gives similar issues to both weapons in swing and such, but it will not take any thing from the story to me, its still a banger comic, but it is an ass design.

I can't get over this sword design. It was at least swingable before, even with its chunkiness. Now it's plain stupid. Could've made the blade into a one-sided knuckle guard, putting it on both just makes it look like a rendering mistake.

That's the sword sheath, the swords appear when he splits it in two.

The sword splitting in two i recall but even that i don't dig, i'm team giant sword, got pretty bummed when they showed it turning into two 'normal' swords.
I hated it when i got the avatar class (or prime knight) with sieghart in grand chase, but they went with a pretty good and clever way of making it usable irl even in it's whole mode.
The main cable stays with one of the blades and the other one has a small handle in its side.




It's design when it's splitted is viable in admit, just not my taste.

I don't dig the korean/chinese warlord armour as it is somehow clashing with the world design full of magic and technology (lol), but damn the aura crystal gloves and heart<?> are dope af.
And I don't understand the sword critique, it is the sheath mode, he can split it into some nice looking scimitar/dao swords.
