Learning Scanlation

Hi, I always see post asking for people to help with scanlation. I really want to help since I've been reading mangas scanlated by groups for so long, but I don't know the first thing about it. I googled and stumbled on some old resources. If anyone knows where to find the most current resource to learn I'd really appreciate it. Mostly stuff that is not translating (don't know Japanese).

I would recommend starting by joining an existing group who is doing something you like. Generally groups will have helpful people to guide you when you start out.
Some groups also post tutorials on their websites. Bakkin Translations, for example, have our whole scanlation workflow documented; you can see the bottom question in https://bakkin.moe/faq
