This was really good!

Ishinomori's art was arguably at its peak and I really like how concise this story is and how it still leaves room for mistery and wondering. Remi's relationship with Jun kinda reminded me of 90s shoujo manga with a heroine infatuated with a mysterious male lead with a uncanny background story and powers, stuff like Ayashi no Ceres.

That ending was a punch in the gut. Ishinomori is always good at delivering downer endings that are really impactful.

Thanks a lot for translating this. It's one of the most interesting Ishinomori manga translated out there.
