I wonder how two A rank members got kidnapped but oh well, at least that's done. Although, it was quite anti-climactic. I was expecting the other peeps to aid him in the rescue, but all that happened was Rei soloing it.

Rodhos himself isn't A ranked. I believe him and Rei are currently the same rank. I would at least like an explanation of how they got captured, but I assume that the featureless character that's 100% gonna be a big villain in the future had something to do with it.

The captain of the guard is spot-on: Rei is a damned instigator.
I liked the irony of Rei, of all people, chastising some low-ranked spuds for picking a fight with someone ranked higher.
