From what I could gather, this was released last November as part of some promotion last year where the publisher released three pilot manga chapters and used fan feedback to pick which one to serialize. It was between this, Aoi-kun wa Shinitagari no Onnanoko, and Ojou-sama wa Love Come no Shujinkou ni Naritai!, with Ojou-sama being the only one ultimately receiving serialization. It's up to chapter 6 now but only the first one was translated.
