I'm liking this story quite a bit already, I hope to see more of it. I wonder how long we'll be focusing on Maru before going back to Cancann. And why the focus shift might happen...

We are just a couple of chapters in but I kinda worry he gonna lose the tortoise somehow.Surprised there is a river there but no mention of water transports.I really like these fantasy travelogue/meandering-like stuff, too bad almost all of them will be about overpowered mc, isekai or not.

idk why, but this art style makes me anxious. Maybe it reminds me of Doku Doku Mori Mori, or Ranking of Kings. Feels like something horrific could happen at any moment.

Yeah. When I look at the volume cover, I see that the ring and bracelet which were already stolen, so that's a possibility. That guy seemed upset about not getting the tortoise, too.
