There's dearth's worth of truly evil mcs in isekai, no matter how edgy they seem, there was that one where the hero necromancer revives into skeleton after being betrayed by the kingdom and turns the entire city into his undead minions I suppose that one comes close. If the mc here really lived up to 'evil', he'd erase all witnesses, ie the entire special campaigns unit, and make it seem like the dragon and them took each other out, just to continue his leisurely life... Of course, if that happened, I would probably drop it though, not exactly to my tastes, I don't think I'll continue the skeleton guy one either...

Why did I just realized that this is an isekai, I mean they title had the word isekai in it, well then it won't be awkward because he haven't made any bad rep in that world (Imagine if Hitler reincarnated in earth again with his memory intact, it'll be awkward as hell, if he reincarnated in a different world then it'll be less awkward because no one recognize him)
