@Mcshadowdrag he has [Health] : S and [Strength] : S, Demon Lord Mode Emily would have only caused minor bruises and he has the strength to withstand such attacks. If I were him I would've grabbed her and dashed out. And, I would come back and kill the roaches since I already know Monsters would drop super unique items outside dungeons. But, this is a mellow Isekai story that plot would make it less interesting.

I believe it has something to do with the strength of the monster he defeats.
For example, the giant gorilla he defeated dropped a revolver, but the cockroslimes are just dropping bullets.
So, a dragon would probably drop an RPG. (And maybe an ancient dragon would drop a nuke)
