Not surprised that big ape is in such a bad mood. I mean really, such long and heavy earrings must be painful every time they swing to and fro. Furthermore, not only are bananas tiny for him, but the town has no bananas today.

@Meo Raising levels usually raises stats as well. So levels are important to everybody else in that the higher the level the higher their stats will become and the stronger they'll be. Take MMORPGs like World of Warcraft for example. At level 1 takes ten attacks to kill an enemy level 2 bandit and receiving enough damage to be at 1/4 HPs. Later at level 90 can one hit kill the level 2 bandit with bare hands and barely get one point of damage from bandit's attacks even if just stand there without armor. Difference is how much the stats increased when leveled up. MC different in that despite being stuck at level 1 he can get permanent stat boost seeds thanks to his Superior drops. So while everyone else can get stronger by leveling up he gets stronger by using numerous permanent boost items that only appear due to his above average drop rate.

This pacing is awful. Like, the plot is your basic isekai cheat stuff, but even that's enjoyable. This dude has big HP, mid-tier Str, and S drops, and is strong enough to be the town hero, and two-shot a town destroying monster? He doesn't even win using his current cheat stat of high HP, why not just have him win a fight of endurance instead?

Low-level is an insult, sure, but in this case it's also a statement. He is literally lvl 1.
As for the stats, he gets them via drops, not lvl ups.

Also, the battle should have been just a tad longer than 1 punch, anti-climatic at best.
