@alyssajeanne07 Translators aren't the only people working on scanlation! E.g. typesetting is not that difficult to learn, but many groups are lacking typesetters. The Friendship Scans group page says that they are looking for recruits

It’s okay to take your time scanslating. We readers do not really have the right to demand for fast scanslation. Scans groups use their own time without getting anything in return. @hollywillow the smut isn’t that bad where like it’s A LOT compared to like typical smuts where every single chapter is literally smut hahaha. The plot is like a literal romantic drama you watch on tv which is why I like this manga.
