Just want to point out that Eunuchs are castrated, but it seems (according to wikipedia) that in Ancient China they punished people (rapist for example) by cutting everything off. So maybe that's what they are referring to? Because Eunuchs simply have no balls, that's all. Having no junk is a lot more inconvinient than having no balls.
