@nobaka probably not on the wild west, thats what I mean. Vigilantes were way more common there, or at least in fiction. Thus all the dead or alive stuff.
i also disagree on a fundamental level but thats besides the point.
@belkrax, first of all, he threatened civil with a weapon, and that's a crime by itself. Secondly, unless he has a license, he can't really kill any criminal he wants, only those who are wanted dead or alive. And even then it's debatable, I don't think he can just kill the criminal if Sheriff specifically prohibited him to do it.
Yeah but what I said was that Ed isnt a criminal if he executes criminals. I agree with Evans that threatening random people IS a crime. Even if he said it to protect his porn. It was a response to Wexmajor.
I guess it could be argued Evans could shoot him for threatening random people but thats...
Oh wait now I get it, ya meant he is still a criminal for killing criminals. Im dumb.
That said thats not very clear, and in the context of the series, the fact that Evans makes zero moves to arrest him makes me wonder if its really the case.
@PervySageChuck What if You catch your mom buying porn?
When I was a kid I used to steal porn mags from one of my parents who hid them behind parents' bed. I suspected the mags were father's but it turned out they were my moms as she's still buying them and she's grandmother now (my father passed some time ago).
