If I have to cook eggs to perfection I might've as well scramble them haha. I'm bad at frying sunny-side-ups. But her breakfast does look very healthy & balanced. Add with that a glass of juice & I'm good for the whole morning.
Japan's eggs are genetically engineered to be very healthy & hygienic (what's the more appropriate word? Sterile?), I heard. That's why they can eat raw eggs there without worry. One day if I can go to Japan I'd love to try their raw eggs on rice. Oyakodon ftw!
