Like so many others, I am trying to find a manga

So I am looking for a manga that I had started reading a while back. It only had like four chapters at the time. It starts off with the MC, who is the parties tank, being kicked from the hero's party because the hero is jealous of the attention the tank is getting from the female members. He goes to the adventurers guild and becomes a farmer. The land he is given to farm in on the edge of the demon king's territory. there is a run down house there that he is given to live in and inside he finds a female elf who decides to live with him.

It's not Shin no Nakama janai to Yuusha no Party wo Oidasareta node, Henkyou de Slow Life suru Koto ni shimashitaWhich is what is what I find now matter how I search for it
