Use query params (ex "l=fr") for description (& title?) language preference.

- Not sure about it's application to title or cover language. Title - could be, but i do prefer original language covers myself.
- How will such links work on site visit? Remove params & set prefered site locale to language? Leave params & stay on english (current) version?
- Many details, could leave it till site gets i18n and start from there.
