This type of story doesn’t even need to be isekai. Just what was the point of making it isekai, and never bother to brought up his previous world?

Because it’s explores how “morality” is fragile and often dependent on your circumstances and upbringing.

I was with it, up until the "butler" teaches the MC and friends to pillage innocent villages, and murder villagers, all in the name of "training".
I don't think "they are a clan of warriors in ye olde times" justifies that behavior. It pissed me enough to stop caring about the story.
