It wouldn't matter even if she wasn't a lesbian.... she knew him from when he was too young... so not only do they have a large age difference, but she was way way way too close.

She gave him baths, took care of him when he was asleep and took him to the bathroom when he had nightmares....

So they have a large age gap and are so close as family that it'd be almost impossible to to think of him as a romantic interest...

Like, so close that her insecure and jealous girlfriend felt she wasn't allowed to be jealous anymore...

I get that this is manga verse... but still, manga (and manga style comics) often randomly use reality....

But I'm using the real logic to justify her because the author is using the real logic with her....
