It actually comes a bit sooner than ch46, being revealed in ch42. I am still kind of disappointed that the author chose to continue the misunderstanding, even if Chi Yu is smart enough not to fall for it.

Gotcha, I was MTL it. 46 was when the cousin actually confessed right? It did seem like Chi Yu was putting 2 and 2 together and figured it out early though. I still don't quite know Yu Chen was just letting the cousin continue for so long.
