yeah pretty much every single important character outside of the MC´s future bride and her maid are male in the novel.
at least the once that are on his side, the antagonists have avoided being gender bent.
the men from Diablo 2 like Deckard Chain and Geed also suffers from this in chase you never played Diablo 2 before.

On the chapter: the prison seems to be created by the dwraves, place feels like a lot of secret could be held beneath Especially that sealed maze, there's so much more to the city on the whole which is a good story point but knowing this is a Diablo 2 isekai fanfic with another world just attached in doesn't bring confidents that the author will ulitlize that fact and 8 guess since the male lead was only surrounded by makes the artist decided to just gender swap a bunch of characters because he didn't have enough cute anime title to draw.
