fanservice in the right ammount is a good way to get some people interested.
ofc they took that idea and cranked it up to 11, and then decided it wasn't good enough so they turned it to 18 instead.
and if you dont know the source material you would just assume its your everyday harem manga anyway.
its pretty clear that they did not put too much effort into this manga because the overall production quality is honestly terrible.
but on the other hand i can understand why they did it, heck im supriced they even made the manga in the first place.
the original story blatantly rips off the Diablo II universe with both settings and characters from the game, even if some are a little diffrent from normal like Akara and Deckard Cain.
They just wanted a quick cash grab for minimal effort before they bail out from the lawsuit that's sure to come eventually.
The story of long live the king is basically just a diablo 2 fanfiction with some extra isekai stuff sprinkled in for the first third of the story.
as im sure you know it does deviate from the diablo 2 setting more and more as the story goes on.
