By using the report button on the title page.

Go to the Title entry, there is a Report button and select the option, maybe pick Other as the option and explain that the title should be tagged as long strip format, that's how you report, and you can check the status in this page

But besides that, I checked the Official Raw link included in the entry and the free chapters are normal layout pages, not long strip, so or you are mixing the titles or unsure
