Looking for a certain Manga

Hey all.

So I'm kinda stuck - I'm trying to find this one series that I've long forgotten the title of, and I can't find it through searching, but I know it started earlier this decade. As I recall, the premise was a girl with a white dress had to fight against a queen in a black dress eventually, the girl's allies were dwindling, and she had to be protected by her childhood friend.

If anyone knows which one that is, please let me know, and thanks in advance!

I probably have seen the first chapter, sadly without more info i doubt i can find it.

If it's the one i'm thinking 'bout then it was Shoujo, Romance and Historical(?). Probably Web Comic or Adaptation.

Is it the one where the white queen had fo fight the black queen? And the white queen was still a small girl.... and her friend was a guy who was a warrior in training?
